Police officers with the Port of Corpus Christi are investigating a possible fatal crash.
The crash happened along the Joe Fulton Corridor around 8:30 pm Sunday night.
At the scene, port police officers say they requested assistance from the Corpus Christi Police Department. They also said they could not comment on the investigation.
Police also shut down parts of the Joe Fulton Corridor but couldn’t comment why they shut down the roads.
A KRIS 6 News photographer was given a phone number to reach port officials to get information about the crash. They added those questions could only be answered after Labor Day.
Local law enforcement agencies say they received information there was a fatal crash but could not comment because the investigation was being handled by port police officers.
