CORPUS CHRISTI – Corpus Christi police have announced they have made an arrest in a shooting that left two women dead and another person injured.
The shooting took place late Friday night in the 2900 block of Mary Street.

Police say they arrested a suspect at a home on Buford Street Sunday afternoon around 3:40 p.m. because he had an outstanding warrant for capital murder.
Police posted on social media,”Additional details about the identity and charges will be released on Monday, August 20.”
The suspect from the double Homicide, which occurred on August 17, 2018 on the 2900 block of Mary Street has been taken into custody. Additional details about the identity and charges will be released on Monday, August 20.
