Senator Ted Cruz will be in Alice Friday for a meet and greet and Corpus Christi Saturday as he campaigns to keep his senate seat in the upcoming midterm elections.
The events are free, but those who wish to attend must RSVP by visiting the ticketing website here.

Cruz spent the week in North Texas speaking with voters in McKinney and Arlington. He has vowed to “keep Texas red” as he runs against Congressman Beto O’Rourke.
The event in Alice is tonight, August 17, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at the VFW Hall, 2200 N Texas Blvd.
Senator Cruz will then make a stop in Corpus Christi Saturday morning, August 18. The event is at the House of Rock, 511 Starr Street, from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
