The American Bank Center is ready to be transformed into A Night in Vegas.
This Saturday, August 18th at 6:00 PM, the ABC will play host to Las Vegas-style performances, a silent auction, casino games and dinner, as well as a spectacular show by Aerial Horizons, a company of aerial acrobats and dancers, all to benefit Charlie’s Place Recovery Center.
KRIS 6 is joining the fun as the media sponsor for this event.
There will be a silent auction, live-performances with Cher and Elvis, aerialists, Vegas Showgirls and casino games.
Charlie’s Place Recovery Center is the only recovery center in South Texas below the San Antonio area. Charlie’s Place helps adults, with addiction of any kind, looking for a path to a sober life.
Licensed to serve adults 18 and older who have a diagnosis of substance abuse or dependence, Charlie’s Place offers a peaceful and private center located on several acres of a former hotel, renovated ideally for the personal care and services provided, which include: residential detoxification; intensive residential; supportive residential; and outpatient services.
The staff of Charlie’s Place works to help clients understand their addiction, teach them how to rebuild their lives and teach them the skills needed to live a sober life.
