Police say, two victims saw an ad on social media and decided to meet the seller at his home on Bloomington Street. Once the victims arrived, they showed the suspects they had two-hundred dollars and one of the suspects grabbed and money and went inside the home.

Gena Pena, with the Corpus Christi Police Department, says, “When the victims realized the suspects were not coming out with the cell phone, they pounded on the door requesting their money back.”
