CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Fifty families will get some much-needed help just before the holidays.
Volunteers with the Nueces County silver advocates board along with Adult Protective Services caseworkers were busy assembling fifty gift baskets.
The baskets will be given to APS caseworkers to distribute to clients on their caseloads.
The baskets will contain handmade lap blankets, non-perishable food, hygiene products, and other holiday comfort items.
