CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A teen was killed in a shooting near Ayers Street and Norton on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Corpus Christi Police Department.
Police say the shooting was reported at 3:33 p.m.
When officers arrived on scene, they located a 17-year-old boy with multiple gunshot wounds.
The boy was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
One person is in custody but another remains outstanding.
