Following the deadly mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio, gun control groups are holding more than 100 rallies in cities across the nation this weekend.
The rallies are being organized by the groups "Every Town For Gun Safety Action Fund", "Moms Demand Action" and "Students Demand Action".
Advocates are urging congress to end their recess and pass gun reform legislation that would require background checks on all gun sales. They're also demanding a red flag law which aims to keep
potentially dangerous people from accessing guns.
