BEEVILLE, Texas — An abandoned home in Beeville caught fire early Friday morning.
Fire crews were called out to the 200 block of N. Adams Street around at around 7 a.m. It took about 4 1/2 hours to get the blaze out, said Beeville Fire Chief Bill Burris.
Burris said about 40 firefighters from surrounding areas came out to help handle the fire, including George West and Skidmore.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation. No injuries were reported.
