CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The 2019 Kingsville Ranch Hand Weekend is scheduled for Nov. 22-24, and will feature a 7 p.m. concert Saturday, Nov. 23 headlined by country star Mark Chesnutt and special guests Lauren Corzine and Felix Truvere.

Weekend activities kick off with Christmas carols and the traditional tree lighting, hosted by KRIS 6 News’ Katia Uriarte and K-99s Big Frank on Friday, Nov. 22.

On Saturday, the main event takes place with the King Ranch hosting its 29th annual Ranch Hand Breakfast. Tickets can be purchased for $6 at various locations in Kingsville, or the morning of the breakfast. That gets you an authentic cowboy’s breakfast that includes eggs, refried beans, biscuits and gravy, sausage, tortillas, coffee and juice.

The weekend’s entertainment also includes music, a car show, team roping, cowboy poetry, storytelling, dance lessons and contests, and inflatables and archery for the kids!

Chesnutt owns 14 No. 1 hits and 23 top-ten singles including “Bubba Shot the Jukebox,” to “Going Through the Big D” and “Blame it on Texas.” Tickets are available for $20, and doors open at the J.K. Northway Expo center at 7 p.m. Ticket sales will benefit the Kingsville Independent School District’s Education Foundation. More information is available at ranchhandweekend.com .
