CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Veterans Memorial High School is hosting its last Blood Drive of the year today.
Its being held in the Kohl’s parking lot, 5626 Saratoga Blvd, from 12 to 6 pm Wednesday. School administrators say this is for all seniors, juniors, families and friends.
Coastal Bend Blood Center says our community is in need of blood during this difficult time and would benefit from any donors.
The coronavirus has left organizations like the Coastal Bend Blood Center with a low blood supply.
“We are having a lot of trouble right now finding blood drive locations for our blood bus to park and obtain these blood donations that are in great need right now,” said Coastal Bend Blood Center Marketing Director Ashley Ramirez.
