CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — A "Shop Local" support campaign kicked off just one week ago by the Hicks Automotive group has been a huge success.
If you buy a gift card at any locally owned business and send proof of that purchase to Hicks Automotive, they will match the purchase.
In less than one week, the campaign has passed its original goal of matching $10,000 worth of gift cards.
34 locally owned businesses have been helped so far and today, Hicks Automotive announced they are contributing an additional $10,000 to match more gift card purchases.
