CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District received notification of one COVID-19 related death on Monday.
The fatality pushes the county's pandemic-wide death total to 1,054.
The patient was a female in her 50’s with no known comorbidities.
The district also received notice of 243 new COVID-19 cases in Nueces County on Monday. That pushes the total case count during the pandemic to 61,278.
Of that total, 54,666 have recovered.
