CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — As some restaurants and businesses slowly begin to re-open, the Harbor Playhouse found a special way to reach out to the community.

Today they held their Curbside Concessions, Characters, and Cocktails Drive Thru.

Theatre staff dressed in costume and provided curbside service to the community at a safe distance.

"It's nice to see some of our patrons and our Harbor Playhouse family to have this opportunity and be together while still kind of being apart," said Amy Goldman, board of directors at Harbor Playhouse.

Theatre representatives say they know it will be a while until they open their doors again, but in the meantime they are making the most out of the situation.

They're hoping to soon be able to put on skits for customers while they wait on their food.
