The Nueces County Courthouse building is open, but that's about it.
Most of the service windows and counters still are closed.
The county plans to install protective barriers, and it doesn’t plan to reopen until that is done.
So for now, if you have county business like a vehicle registration or a title change, you'll have to do it online.
