CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Vehicles soon will be allowed back on area beaches.
On Friday, Nueces County Judge Barbara Canales announced that she will not extend the order restricting vehicle traffic on beaches.
That order is set to expire on Monday morning.
Now, there will however still be some hurdles getting on the beach - as part of the aftermath of Hurricane Hanna.
Some access roads still will be closed as crews continue their clean-up effort.
We sent our cameras on Saturday to Port Aransas to see how crowded the beaches were. And as you can see, there were many vehicles on beaches as well as long lines to get into them.
