1 additional death, 188 new cases, 25 new recoveries in Nueces co. Sunday

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Nueces County has updated the COVID-19 numbers as of Sunday.

Officials reported the seventh COVID-19 related death in Nueces county Sunday along with 288 new cases, and 25 new recoveries.

The total cases count in the county is now 1,915, 80 of those are currently in the hospital, and 18 of those are in the Intensive Care Unit.

187 tests were conducted today in the county bringing the total test count to 16,575.

This is the fifth consecutive day of double-digit case numbers for Nueces county.
