CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Several city streets are set for a long overdue face lift.
The city is ready to start its next round of residential street rebuilds.
City Council set aside $3.4 million for these projects as part of the 2018 budget.
Seven streets are on the latest "to do" list.
These projects were announced back in February 2019 and are finally coming to fruition.
What do people who live on these streets think of the project? How will they cope while work is going on?
City engineers are hosting an open house to talk about the projects.
That meeting is at 5:30 p.m. at the cafeteria at Tom Browne Middle School on Schanen Boulevard.
Hear what they have to say tonight on KRIS 6 News.
