Gloria Garcia and her husband, Jose, were married more than 40 years.
But when he died in mid-December, Gloria went online to find a cremation service.
She signed a contract and paid a company called Legacy Funeral Services to do the cremation.
Gloria thought she was working with a local company - but turns out - Legacy is based in Florida.
That's when her personal nightmare started.
