The Waves Resort out on the Island is honoring our American heroes again this week.
It’s the home of Schlitterbahn Waterpark and last week they hosted American Heroes Week.
The event was supposed to end Sunday, but it’s been so popular they’ve decided to extend the promotion for another week.
Military and public safety officers get in free and their family members get a 40-percent discount.
American Heroes Week” runs through Sunday, June 9th.
