The Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery held ceremonies this Memorial Day to pay homage to those who fought and died for their nation.
American flags were placed on the graves of the more than 2,400 servicemen and women laid to rest there.
The Veterans Band of Corpus Christi performed and there was a special presentation of wreaths as families and friends gathered to remember those they have lost.
