According to Meteorologist Tom Harris, overnight showers have been seen in North Central Texas.
Right now we see showers in the Brownsville area that may make there way up to the Coastal Bend.
There is a flash flood watch for most of the Coastal Bend. This is in effect till about 1:00 p.m.
There is a chance of rain and if it happens, the heaviest will be along the coast.
