(NBC) – Today is “Military Monday” at Kohl’s shopping stores.

That means active duty military personnel, veterans, and their families will receive a 15% in-store discount.

The company says “Military Mondays” are a way to give back and lighten the load for military families who have given so much.

The Kohl’s discount is valid for in-store purchases every Monday all year long.

Eligible customers must simply show a valid military I.D., military dependent I.D., or a veteran I.D. at the time of purchase.

The discount doesn’t apply to some items.
