A local pastor and his wife don’t know what to do next.
This came after being told their church is directly in the path of the new Harbor Bridge.
Today was the deadline for Pastor Jimmy Arceneaux and his wife Shelena at Hillcrest Church of Christ to decide whether to take the money offered to them or stay.
That money is part of the relocation program which is funded through a settlement over a civil rights’ complaint.
KRIS 6 spoke with the Arceneaux today.
They say the money they were offered is not enough to relocate and they want more.
They requested the relocation program reconsider the amount, but have since been denied.
