Murder suspect arrested in Robby Street homicide case

Corpus Christi police have announced the arrest of a local murder suspect in Rosenberg.

According to a news release, the Corpus Christi United States Marshals Service developed information that wanted suspect Zachary Hensley was in Rosenberg.

Police added that the local U.S. Marshals Service contacted their counterparts in Rosenberg, responding to the residence that Zachary was believed to be occupying.

A female answered the door and the task force arrested Zachary.

Hensley, 39, was wanted in connection to a homicide that killed 42-year-old Tyson Franklin.

Hensley’s bond was set at $1 million.
