Nickelodeon is bringing back one of its most popular and iconic shows.

Blue’s Clues is getting a new title and a new host.

Nickelodeon has announced that the original series will return as Blue’s Clues & You.

The network also has announced that the beloved girl puppy, Blue, has a new play who will be hosting the 20-episode series.

It will be Broadway actor Joshua Dela Cruz.

The program was one of Nickelodeon’s biggest success stories. The original program lasted from 1996 through 2002 with first host Steve Burns.

The network reports that Burns took an active role in finding his replacement.

“I had the great honor of being a part of the search for the new host, and I give Josh two thumbs up!” Burns, 44, said in a statement. “He can definitely fill my shoes, and the rugby shirt.”

Blue has already started some interactive games to help viewers join Blue and Dela Cruz on several clue-led adventures and to solve a daily puzzle.

Production is expected to begin later this month in Toronto.
