The City of Corpus Christi’s Development Services is soliciting for information as they work to update and revise the city’s Unified Development Code (UDC).

The UDC regulates development throughout the City including zoning requirements, subdivision regulations, design and development standards and review procedures.

The Development Services will host a meeting for the public to provide their ideas at 5 p.m. March 21 at the Lindale Senior Center, 3135 Swantner Street.

Representatives from community planning consultants Kendig Keast Collaborative will be present to present a draft evaluation while gaining insight into the current issues, opportunities, and priorities of our community.
