A third suspect has been identified in last year’s fatal shooting of a 22-year-old woman.
31-year-old Richard Garza has been indicted on one murder count and five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
Police believe he was involved in the September shooting on Holly Road near the Crosstown Expressway.
According to police, a dark car pulled to a truck at an intersection and then fired several shots hitting 22-year-old Nadia Ramos.
Ramos died at a hospital shortly after she was shot.
Meanwhile, a second suspect in the case, 34-year-old Javier Lopez, remains in the Nueces County Jail.
He was arrested in the Amarillo area a few days after the shooting.
