Real Estate Holding LLC from Oklahoma has purchased the Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay as the sole bidder during an auction Tuesday morning at the Nueces County Courthouse.
Price of the transaction for the Robstown-based mall was $42 million.
The sale comes only 22 months after the opening of the mall at 500 U.S. Highway 77.
