Several big changes are looming, including changes to standard deductions.
A new law has nearly doubled standard deductions, limiting what taxpayers can itemize.
That means more families could choose to simplify their tax-filing process by using standard deductions, compared to itemized ones which could end up being more complicated.
Ashley will provide information about this and other transformations to do with lowered tax rates and child tax credit.
