Corpus Christi firefighters were called out to extinguish a fire in a Southside home.
The fire broke out inside the home around 1:40 pm Saturday afternoon in the 5300 block of St. Andrews Drive.
When firefighters arrived, they noticed smoke was filling the inside of the home.
Additional firefighters were called in because investigators believe that fire was inside the walls of the home. The small fire was eventually extinguished.
As of 2:30 pm Saturday afternoon, firefighters don’t know what started the fire.
There were no reports of injuries during the incident.
