One of the men accused in a fatal shooting at a local gun store will spend a significant time in prison after pleading guilty to murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Darien Marshall was sentenced to 50 years in prison for his role in the armed robbery that left Shooters Depot owner George Koumbis dead and an employee severely injured on September 1, 2016.
Marshall was one of four people arrested for the crime after being on the run for more than a week after the shooting.
He turned himself into police on September 10, 2016.
