A Corpus Christi mother, accused of selling one of her children and allegedly trying to sell two more, appeared in a Nueces County Courtroom today.

29-year-old Esmeralda Garza appeared in the 105th District Court Monday afternoon.

In court, Judge Jack Pulcher increased her bond from $100,000 to $300,000. If she is able to make bond, she will be given a GPS monitor and remain under house arrest.

She was ordered not to make contact with her children.
