An Ingleside mother is behind bars after she allegedly stabbed her six-year-old son in the chest.
Ingleside police say Ursula Richardson was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing serious deadly injury to a 1st-degree felony.
Richardson allegedly stabbed her son back on June 21, 2018. After the incident, she crashed her vehicle and was sent to the hospital.
Richardson was taken and booked in the San Patricio County jail.
She is being held on a $500,000 bond.
