If you missed your chance to get an Astros World Series replica ring last month, there’s another opportunity coming up in August.
In the wake of the record-breaking crowd at Whataburger Field on Sunday, June 24, the Hooks will distribute a final 10,000 Official Astros Replica World Series Rings to close out the regular season.
All ticketed fans who pass through the Whataburger Field turnstiles on Sunday, August 26, will receive this prized piece of history.
“Hooks fans have spoken,” Hooks General Manager Wes Weigle said. “All of our fans deserve their piece of the Astros’ World Series Championship, and we are excited to make sure everyone who wants a replica ring, gets one. We appreciate the overwhelming support of our fans who made history at Whataburger Field last Sunday. Looking forward to another packed house on August 26.”
Along with the ring giveaway on August 26, Whataburger Field will have an enhanced kids zone with bounce houses and other inflatable attractions. Also, various local food trucks will be at the ballpark and open throughout the game.
First pitch is 6:05 and gates open at 3:05 as Corpus Christi meets its I-37 rival, the San Antonio Missions.
