A collage of characters assembled in the Coastal Bend on Saturday for the second year as Corpus Christi Comic Con began.
The 2nd annual Corpus ChristiComic Con kicked off on Saturday over at the Richard M. Borchard Fairgrounds in Robstown.
From superhero favorites to comic, anime and gaming icons, characters of all varieties made their way to the event. There, shows, panels, photo ops, cosplay costume contests, the area’s signature food truck fleet and more attractions provided fun for everyone.
Plus, as of 8 p.m., an official superhero party at Bar Under the Sun (BUS) downtown was underway.
There’s more to come, however, with the convention continuing over at the fairgrounds until 6 p.m. Sunday night.
