AEP is reporting a significant power outage on the north east side of town.
At least 1,500 customers in the 78404 are experiencing an outage, according to the AEP outage website. 56 customers in the 78411 and fewer than 5 customers in the 78401 are having issues.
We have a call in with AEP to determine when customers can expect power to be restored. We will update this story as soon as we receive more information.
