Just in time for summer, Stripes stores across Texas are now offering Slurpees.
The convenience store chain says they will be offering customers a special introductory price of 79 cents for a medium Slurpee drink for a limited time this summer.
“Our plan is to combine the best of the best, from Stripes and 7-Eleven,” said Greg Kirian, director of marketing for Stripes. “Naturally, as we enter summer, it made sense to start with Slurpee drinks, but Stripes customers can expect to see more in stores as we begin to combine other popular 7-Eleven proprietary brands with the Stripes assortment that customers already love.”
As part of the store’s “Summer of More” campaign, Stripes is also offering customers a chance to win free drinks for a year in an online social media challenge.
