Robstown Police looking for suspected armed robber

Police in Robstown are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who robbed a convenience store at gun point.

According to police, the robbery occurred at about 1:40 p.m. on June 2 at the La Tiendita Store at 445 West Avenue C in Robstown.

Police say the man made off with more than $600 in cash.

Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic male in his late teens or early twenties. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a slim build and facial hair. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a black and red baseball cap, a blue New York Yankees t-shirt, black short and white shoes.
