A Texas A&M Corpus Christi pitcher and Moody High School graduate has been selected by the Los Angeles Angels in the 3rd round of the 2018 Major League Baseball draft.
Islander Aaron Hernandez was selected 93rd overall today by the Angels.

The 6 foot 1 inch, right handed pitcher sat out his sophomore year with the Islanders due to academic ineligibility, but has since returned to become one of the hottest pitchers in college baseball.
