The craft beer scene has exploded all over the nation, including Corpus Christi.
Just in the last five years, there have been numerous breweries that have helped evolve Corpus Christi into a craft beer destination.
B&J’s Pizza and Brewpub were the first brewpub/brewery on the scene, Lazy Beach Brewing Co., Rebel Toad Brewing Co., and Lorelei Brewing Co. soon followed suit and they have become a band of brothers amongst the craft beer industry.
Through different collaborations over the years, there have been joint efforts to help Harvey victims, and many different beer collaborations.
These four breweries, have come together for the 2nd Annual Corpus Christi Brewery Festival. It will be held at the Art Center on Saturday June 2 at 3 p.m.
There will be vendors, food trucks, bounce house for kids and of course, different varieties of beer, and there is no cost to get in.
