Schlitterbahn Riverpark and Resort announced today that they will be shutting down the park’s golf course.
A spokesperson for the park says the new owners, Diamond Head Holdings LLC, want to focus on what they say are the core elements of the attraction, the rides and resort.
The park says that people who previously had memberships at the golf course will be offered free 2018 Schlitterbahn season passes.
Members will also receive a discount at the parks bar and restaurant.
