Corpus Christi Independent School District has placed a high-ranking district official on administrative leave.
CCISD Communications Director Leanne Winkler Libby confirmed the school district has placed their Chief Administrative Officer Brigitte Clark on administrative leave with pay.
Libby would not comment why Clark was placed on leave stating it is a personnel matter.
Clark has been with the district since August 2016.
