Police have confirmed they have made an arrest in connection to a homicide on the 1500 block of Casa de Oro Drive.
25-year-old Juan Saldana was arrested by Corpus Christi Police around 4:30 Monday afternoon.
24-year-old Arturo Cantu was shot and killed just after 3:30 a.m.
Police closed two blocks in the area as they investigated, going door to door to try to find any information leading them to an arrest.
No word yet on the intent of the crime, or if the two men knew each other.
