Jury selection will begin today for the man accused of fatally shooting a Flour Bluff teen.

Paris Camtrail Richardson pleaded not guilty to a murder charge on September 20th, 2017.

The 26 year old is accused of shooting and killing Timothy Echols, Jr. on Valentines Day, 2017.

The 17 year old was shot at an apartment complex on Waldron Road.

Richardson fled the area. U.S. Marshals arrested him three months later after they found him trying to hide in the trunk of a car at an apartment complex in Gretna, Louisiana, just south of New Orleans.

Meanwhile, Richardson remains in the Nueces County Jail on $1 million bond.
