Border Patrol Agents in Brownsville made an unusual discovery yesterday.
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, agents saw three people trying to enter the U.S. illegally.
CBP says agents noticed one of the subjects carrying a black duffel bag, and as they approached the subjects, they dropped the bag and fled back to Mexico.
Inside the bag, agents discovered a male tiger cub.
CBP says the three-to-four-month-old cub was turned over to the Gladys Porter Zoo.
