Schools all across Corpus Christi are looking for some good new teachers.
CCISD held it’s annual teacher job fair at the Veterans Memorial High School Saturday.
The school district is looking to fill about 160 positions for the upcoming school year. They mainly need Math, Science, Spanish, and Special Education teachers and bilingual elementary school teachers.
Principals got the chance to meet the teaching candidates at the job fair.
Dr. Christina Barrera, who is a Principal over at Menger Elementary School, says,"We’re looking for the best of the best here in CCISD. Especially bilingual teachers, come on out. We have our duck call at our station, looking for the best of the best!
