Corpus Christi Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted man.
According to CCPD, 31-year-old Phillip James Fowler has an outstanding warrant out of Nueces County for Assault Family Violence/Impede Breath Circulation.
Police say Fowler is 6 foot 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pound. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
