City’s gas department seeks customer feedback

The City of Corpus Christi Gas Department is seeking to understand customers’ level of awareness of services and effectiveness of current outreach strategies.

To gather information, the department has published an online survey asking for feedback to gauge customer familiarity with services, safety precautions, and preferences for receiving information.

Also, paper copies of the survey are available at the City Hall information booth, 1201 Leopard Street. Completed surveys should be returned to the information booth.
