A sixth suspect wanted in connection to a deadly home invasion that left a couple dead earlier this month.
Nueces County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a sixth suspect in the murder investigation, identified as Robert Angel Lopez, Jr., 25, had been arrested Thursday afternoon.
Lopez is among six suspects wanted in connection to a deadly home invasion that reportedly led to a double murder back on April 2. The incident happened on Balchuck Lane. There, investigators said it appeared the group broke into the home before killing Arturo Lopez, 39 and his wife, Miriam, 38.
His arrest follows five other arrests in the case, including Trebor Wheeler, 18, Ausencio Acosta, 20, Adrian Olivarez, Ismael Castillo and Jordan Gosson, 26.
